What are All-On-4 Implants?

The All-On-4 procedure, also known as "Teeth in a Day," gives patients a new smile in just one day! It improves smiles and solves dental problems for those with decay, dental work issues, and fractured teeth.

The most natural and aesthetically pleasing option: It closely resembles the appearance and texture of natural teeth.

Permanent: Remains in the mouth without the need for removal, similar to a denture.

You can start using your dental implants without any lengthy healing periods.

The roof of the mouth is not covered, allowing a better sense of taste compared to a conventional denture.

Out of all the available options for replacing a full arch or full mouth of teeth, this offers the highest level of chewing ability.

Introducing a specialized solution for individuals with limited bone: Ideal for those who have been informed that they lack sufficient bone for implants.

Take your food tasting experience to the next level!

How it Works

The process includes removing any remaining teeth, placing 4-6 implants per arch, and attaching a low-profile bridge to those implants. The implants are strategically positioned to avoid the patient's sinuses, eliminating the need for expensive bone grafts and long healing periods.
Our doctor at Aesthetic Dentistry & Implants has personalized the traditional All-On-4 procedure based on their expertise and knowledge, resulting in improved outcomes for our patients. We carefully evaluate each case and customize the treatment to suit the individual patient's anatomy. During the procedure, the doctor will place four to six implants per arch and install temporary fixed bridges while the implants integrate with the jawbones and the mouth heals. Once the healing process is complete, our doctor and lab technician will create the final teeth using zirconia, a stronger material than the acrylic denture teeth commonly used by other dental practices. Zirconia provides a more natural and lifelike appearance, is more hygienic, and resists staining. Consequently, these teeth will last longer and have a superior aesthetic compared to the acrylic/titanium hybrid bridges typically found elsewhere.

Am I a Candidate?

The majority of patients, including those who have been informed about insufficient bone for dental implants, can still undergo this procedure. In order to bypass the sinuses and utilize the sturdiest bone available, a combination of straight and angled implants will be employed by your doctor. This approach typically eliminates the necessity for costly and time-consuming sinus augmentation bone grafts. Your doctor will evaluate during your complimentary consultation whether All-On-4, also known as "Teeth in a Day," is suitable for you.

All-On-4 Cost

All extractions, unlimited implants, temporary fixed teeth, and permanent fixed teeth are included in the pricing.

Our pricing in the area is unmatched, leading to outstanding results. This is made possible by our experienced dentist who supervises the entire procedure and our proficient our lab technician. Together, they have successfully performed this procedure on multiple occasions.

At Aesthetic Dentistry & Implants, we have everything you need to maintain your dental health. Our skilled dentist and our lab technician collaborate to create the ideal smile you've always desired. Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, it is possible! Nevertheless, although your implants and teeth are firmly placed from the beginning, we kindly request that you stick to a soft diet for the 4-month healing period. What does this mean exactly? A useful guideline is to consume only foods that can be easily cut with a plastic fork. This precaution is necessary because you are making a long-term investment that could potentially last for several decades or even the rest of your life. By maintaining a softer diet during the healing period, you will promote optimal integration of the implants into your bone and increase the likelihood of achieving the best possible long-term results.
Our zirconia bridge is stronger and more durable than traditional acrylic All-On-4 teeth. Consider the type of teeth you'll get from other offices, as acrylic denture teeth with a titanium bar may stain and need replacing every 5-10 years. Also, be aware of the costs involved, as some offices may charge for surgery and temporary teeth, only to later require an additional $5,000-$15,000 for your final teeth.

All-On-4 Procedure Timeline

The procedure itself typically takes 4-6 hours depending on whether you are having a single arch treated (upper or lower) or both arches (full mouth). When you leave our office, your temporary bridge(s) will be securely attached to your new implants. You will wear your temporary bridge(s) for 4 months to allow time for your implants to integrate with your bone and for your jaws and gums to heal into a stable, long-term position before we fabricate your final bridge(s). Allowing this healing time ensures the closest possible fit for your final bridges. After this healing time, we will begin fabricating your final bridge(s). This involves a few appointments over a 5-6 week period, during which time you’ll help us design the smile you want for your permanent teeth.

Procedure

The procedure to restore a smile involves meticulous steps for precise dental restoration. Teeth may be extracted to create a healthy foundation. Implants are then inserted for stability and longevity. Interim bridges provide temporary support and functionality. The process takes 4-7 hours on average, with a focus on patient comfort. The goal is to provide a confident, long-lasting smile.
